Hi We are hiring for a leading construction company in Coimbatore location Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore on a full-time basis The role involves responsibilities in site supervision project management and participation in key construction projects Food and accommodation will be provided to ensure a comfortable work environment Qualifications and Skills Experience with site supervision ensuring compliance with safety codes and project specifications Mandatory skill Proven competency in project management coordinating with different teams to meet project timelines Mandatory skill Proficiency in AutoCAD for professional and efficient design and drafting of structural plans Strong foundation in structural analysis to validate the stability and durability of designs Ability to prepare and manage detailed construction documentation effectively Knowledge of quantity surveying to ensure accurate estimation and cost management of resources Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve any project-related challenges efficiently Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders Roles and Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of site operations to ensure work is carried out as per plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers architects and engineers to plan and execute construction projects Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on health safety and site activities Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met Ensure quality control standards are maintained and address any issues that arise on-site Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely procurement of materials and services Administer budgets and resources promptly to achieve time-bound and cost-effective project completion Facilitate the resolution of unforeseen project challenges and ensure alignment with client expectations
