Media Analytics Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned expert in media analytics to drive marketing measurement and optimization for our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and providing data-backed recommendations to enhance media investments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics models for customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix modeling.
  • Solve complex media optimization problems and conduct A/B testing to assess proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with domain experts and business stakeholders to understand business requirements; design and develop analytical and AI-driven solutions to drive recommendations aligned with the organization's strategy and OKRs.
  • Support domain experts and business teams in solving complex analytical challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of business partners, data scientists, data engineers, solutions, and data architects to quickly deliver scalable AI solutions, including DL, ML, NLP, optimization, etc.
  • Development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AI solutions, including optimization of data queries, code refactoring, shared library usage, and documentation of process and solution artifacts.
  • Research and promote the latest technologies, design patterns, and best practice delivery models that drive optimal business value and ensure continuous improvement of the team, processes, and platforms.
  • Drive recommendations that are clearly linked to the organization's strategy and OKRs and drive performance improvement.
  • Pursue innovative thinking and strive for the best ways of working for our teams and business partners.
