Senior Linguistic Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Specialist to contribute to the development of generative AI and work with a talented team of experts.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance language quality and innovation in AI models.
- Creating high-quality training data sets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
- Annotating data to align AI models with human values and ethics
- Analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated and AI model-generated text
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or native proficiency in Urdu, Gujarati, or Marathi
- Excellent writing skills in English and strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
