Patient Analytics Lead

We are seeking an experienced Patient Analytics Lead to drive our patient analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute patient analytics strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
