Responsibilities:

  • Lead Analytics Teams: Lead and manage high-performing analytics teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in analytics, data science, and machine learning to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles
  • At least 3 years' experience in the digital marketing industry
  • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering high-impact projects
Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical techniques
  • Strong experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients
Strategic Thinking:

You will need to think critically and solve complex business problems with data-driven solutions, leveraging your knowledge of marketing analytics concepts like marketing mix modeling, media budget allocation, and campaign optimization.

Communication:

You will need to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
