Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP professional to lead the design and delivery of solutions for our global clients. This role will involve leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UATs), and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Strong configuration skills, including planning areas, key figures, views, and application jobs.
  • Experience in ECC master and transaction data handling.
  • Ability to define composite process interface (CPI) specifications and integration needs.

Additionally, a strong understanding of supply chain operations and business processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering SAP IBP solutions for global clients.
  • Leading workshops, UATs, and training sessions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborating with sales and alliances teams to expand SAP IBP business footprint.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal accelerators.

Qualifications and Experience:

To apply for this role, you should have:

  • Engineering graduate or MBA/M Tech/MS in Supply Chain Management/Operations preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, including 3+ years in SAP IBP end-to-end implementation.
  • Exposure to SAP APO or other planning tools is an advantage.

Technical Expertise:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep knowledge of IBP modules and expertise in supply, demand, or OBP.
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to define CPI specs and integration needs.
  • Experience in ECC master & transaction data handling.

  • Asset creation and internal accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve.
