Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The role involves delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services.

About the Role:

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.
  • Taxation and Advisory Services: Provide tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
