Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead advisor productivity through call audits, documentation, and feedback. This role is pivotal in enhancing conversation quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently conduct quality audits on inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Deliver actionable feedback and recommendations to Outreach Advisors for ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of call assessments, identify trends, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit findings.
  • Contribute to creating and updating quality guidelines and performance criteria.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes in high-ticket sales environments and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
  • Exceptional analytical and observation skills.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software.

Prior experience with EdTech industry standards is advantageous.
