About This Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Integrated Producer to lead our post-production team in delivering innovative solutions for clients worldwide.

This individual will oversee the entire production process from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will work closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.

This role involves coordinating development and delivery among various project participants, prioritizing and managing workload, and building strong relationships with partners and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency, with a strong understanding of print, digital, and film production.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the creative integrity and vision of productions are maintained throughout the production and post-production process.
  • Sourcing directors, crew, and cast for projects.
  • Take ownership of productions from initial brief to final delivery, overseeing every aspect of the production and post-production workflow.
  • Work closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.
  • Efficiently schedule and allocate internal resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams.
  • Develop accurate post-production budgets and ensure all stakeholders are aware of budget constraints.
  • Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions, or additional costs when necessary.
  • Supervise the production and post-production process.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members.
  • Face adversity, setbacks, and negativity with a resilient mindset.
  • Embody company values and instil these behaviours within all team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement through each step of the process.
