Job Title: Business Analyst

This is a dynamic role where you will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. As a Business Analyst, your primary objective will be to capture client requirements, analyze those, document, configure, test, implement, and train customers on the business solution.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client data for data loading, verifying and testing application functionality with client data. You will also be responsible for capturing and understanding Client Requirements, analyzing and mapping to product solutions. Additionally, you will document requirements that may require further configurations.

Other key responsibilities include communicating with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries. You will also take client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a logical and analytical mind, with the ability to work independently or in groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is being a quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation.
