Job Overview

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Calendar and Priority Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements by providing necessary documentation and briefings.

- Travel and Stay Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences.

- Setting Up and Prioritizing Meetings: Organize and prioritize meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared. Facilitate effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.

- Office Administration: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and recordkeeping.

- Assist in Marketing Activities: Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with agencies and vendors. Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.

- Coordination with Agencies: Act as a liaison between the CEO and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Manage contracts and agreements with agencies.

- Make the CEO's Professional Life Easy and Simple: Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address any issues or challenges. Provide comprehensive support to ensure the CEO can focus on strategic priorities.
