Senior Migration Specialist

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing and executing end-to-end UKG migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions. Key performance indicators include timely delivery, quality results, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive UKG project migrations with meticulous attention to detail, meeting timelines and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation strategies aligning with business objectives.
- Configure UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Migrate legacy data into Dimensions through accurate mapping and validation processes.
- Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG systems and external entities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for enhanced performance and reliability.
- Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts and technical consultants, promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects, 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions, strong hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration, and expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.
