Job Title: Adoption and Enablement Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Adoption and Enablement Data Migration Specialist. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end data migration process, ensuring seamless collaboration with local business and functional teams, as well as serving as a bridge between the Global Data Migration Expert (GDME) and Data Migration Execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the focal point for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Data Owners (BDOs – Global, Regional, or Local), Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Drive migration activities for deployment projects, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to GDMEs as needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, CSV), maintaining the highest level of quality and adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of ERP project implementation experience, with strong data migration expertise and proven track record.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments, with a deep understanding of global data management principles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence in all aspects of data migration.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area, demonstrating expertise and competence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset, with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages preferred), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments, with a deep understanding of industry-specific data management requirements.
  • Prior experience leading data migration in large ERP programs, with a proven track record of success and delivery.
