Actuarial Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Actuarial Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results through meticulous analysis and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of projects, organize tasks, and make confident decisions without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly check all work to minimize rework and meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Effectively manage multiple projects using professional tools.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduation with Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
• 2-5 years of actuarial experience.
• Knowledge of pension and PRM fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results.
