About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Solutions Specialist to join our Client Delivery Services group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data for loading, verifying application functionality with client data, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Capture and understand client requirements, mapping them to product solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document requirements that need further configuration, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on meeting agendas, minutes, demos, and inquiries, fostering strong relationships.
  • Take client calls, resolve issues, and drive projects to completion, delivering exceptional results.
  • Test system functionality, report issues, and ensure timely closure, guaranteeing quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience with implementation software and tools, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Software product implementation experience, demonstrating ability to deliver complex projects.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is advantageous, but not required.
