Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking HR Head to lead our India operations. As the key architect of our HR strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan that aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

You will oversee a team of HR professionals, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy and global initiatives in the region.
  • Facilitate organizational planning and reorganization efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support the development and implementation of global HR programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in leading teams and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
