The Local Implementation Support Team Lead will be responsible for supporting implementation projects with clients, training and guiding our clients, and providing a top-notch onboarding experience. This role requires exceptional project management skills, people management skills, client service skills, attention to detail, and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Implementation Managers
  • Maintaining a high level of product proficiency and understanding the features and limitations of Papaya's entire suite of products
  • Navigating internal resources and addressing issues end-to-end in a timely manner
  • Understanding the technical aspects of the product and various tools being used in Papaya and working independently wherever needed
  • Completing individual client requests independently, using your judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Assisting in all phases of customer onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction, project continuity, and the timely delivery of services
  • Running the planning and scheduling of multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects

This role also requires strong communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations, and fluency in English.
