Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications using techniques like prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Collaborate with vector databases to enable semantic search and deploy solutions on cloud AI platforms.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for real-world usage while adhering to responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent technical skills, including:

  • Proficiency in Python programming with experience in APIs, microservices, Flask/FastAPI/Django.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based AI services and technologies like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
