Job Description:

Riskonnect Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about regular maintenance activities for the Riskonnect application and communicate any impacts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor system availability and performance using vendor-provided dashboards and tools, and promptly notify the vendor of any observed or reported non-availability not otherwise planned or communicated.
  • Manage application configurations and update as necessary.
  • Modify picklist values according to governance requests from stakeholders and align them with system changes.
  • Maintain hierarchies as required.
  • Create and maintain Riskonnect lists tailored to specific end-user needs.
  • Handle user requests for enhancements and coordinate with the vendor (Riskonnect).
  • Investigate and resolve common level-1 issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring systems before escalating to the vendor or internal Technology support team when necessary.
  • Track issue resolution for issues escalated to the vendor (Riskonnect).
  • Collaborate with internal Technology support teams to troubleshoot integration, authentication/ADFS/Single-Sign-On-related issues as needed.
  • Manage user access requests and licenses in Riskonnect via PAM requests.
  • Maintain licenses and inform functional owners on users' access in Riskonnect.
  • Monitor system logs for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Review vulnerabilities and work with the vendor and Security team for remediation.
  • Perform regular backups of system data through system data extracts to flat files and store On-Prem.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide and/or build system data extracts and/or reports to relevant stakeholders for reporting needs.
  • Work with stakeholders for building/providing system data extracts and/or for appropriate audits when requested.
  • Support Streetlights end-users for automatic claim creation via Wizard spreadsheet upload; document and maintain spreadsheet template.
  • Be subject matter expert on Riskonnect reporting and dashboard capabilities for communicating with functional stakeholders.
  • Create new fields/columns as needed per business requirement and reach out to the vendor for assistance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our systems and procedures.
  • Manage communications with functional partners and vendor (Riskonnect).
  • Able to lead and provide guidance to developers on technical requirements for the portal enhancements and updates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk management, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Riskonnect or similar risk management software.

About Us:
