Hello All,

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Python, Selenium, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a small Agile/Scrum team to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to plan and perform end-to-end test activities.
  • Covering product test, integration test, technical test, and deployment test.
  • Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks).
  • Perform web application, web services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Agile environment and Scrum principles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts.
  • Deliver test plans, test cases, and test reports on time.
