Job Title: HR Business Partner - Warehouse Expert

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture at a warehouse site. Key responsibilities include managing a blue-collar workforce, handling grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication, and sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, and hiring
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
