Job Title:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our financial processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of critical responsibilities ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track rental-related payments and expenses for business expansions.
  • Manage and reconcile franchise-related payables.
  • Monitor advance payments and MSME payable aging to ensure timely clearance and compliance with regulations.
  • Check and approve invoices for accuracy (GL coding verification, TDS & GST compliance).
  • Perform bill verification against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies or queries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for accounts payable.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
