At NTT DATA, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our projects to success.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for formulating and implementing project plans tailored to the client's environment and scope.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing project plans, including creating detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, project team members, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the client's business needs and adapting project plans accordingly.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and operations, to drive project success.
  • Proactively managing risks and identifying potential issues to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supporting digital transformation projects.
  • 6+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to work 100% at client location in the same city.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Possession of PMP or other related certifications is strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in various development methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills, exemplified by a track record of escalating leadership responsibilities and career growth through process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective presentation abilities.
