Senior Infrastructure Engineer: A Key Position in Our Organization

Job Description:

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This includes planning, deploying, and managing servers, storage systems, networks, and other IT resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructures that meet business needs.
  2. Plan, deploy, and manage server and storage systems to ensure high availability and data integrity.
  3. Implement network architectures and protocols to enable efficient communication between systems and applications.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and systems, including diagrams, flowcharts, and technical notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have extensive experience in Palo Alto.
  • Expert in Network Technologies: Cisco ACI, Nexus/Catalyst, AVI Load Balancer, Wiring.
  • Expert in Micro-segmentation experience (ACI/NSX).
  • Expertise in Telecom and networking (preference is i3).
  • Experience with Cisco UCS infrastructure.
  • Good hands-on in Storage Technologies: Pure, Cohesity.
  • Experience managing and implementing identity providers and federated identity services (Microsoft ADFS, SAML 2.0, Azure Authentication and Conditional Access).
  • Experience architecting, deploying, and supporting technologies leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure Networking.
  • Experience with scripting, automation, and orchestration technologies to create efficiencies (PowerShell, Python, Puppet/Chef, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
  • Experience performing enterprise-level patch and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with change management and ITSM.
