Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software by applying cutting-edge software engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Prioritize first-time right, automation, reusability, maintainability, and secure coding in daily work.
  • Create comprehensive designs for development using a test-driven approach to ensure flexibility and extensibility of capabilities in future versions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify project scope, estimate timelines, and develop approaches and designs for features/epics.
  • Develop and implement architectural and design principles to enhance performance, capacity, and scalability of products.
  • Take ownership while working in an Agile model with other developers, BAs, architects to ensure end-business and performance goals are met.
  • Drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivered software meets business objectives and highest quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews (self and team) and suggest/fix defects/design issues identified.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features as per the product roadmap.
  • Support issue analysis/triaging and provide fixes during test phases, as well as production issue resolution to ensure key product SLAs are met.
  • Ensure thorough unit testing and participate in the transition of application components to testers.
  • Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.
