Pega Decisioning Solutions Architect

This role is responsible for delivering business value through Pega Decisioning solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, analyze current business processes, and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Responsibilities:
- Gather insights from business stakeholders to inform solution design.
- Develop detailed requirements documents for Pega Decisioning applications.
- Analyze and optimize business workflows to improve decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Test and validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Pega applications and decisioning.
- Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, particularly Pega Decisioning, BPM, and CRM.
- Experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile teams is a plus.
