Our client is a large IT service company. They are looking for candidate for below role

Position- Pega CDH Developer

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Work Mode-Work From Office , General Shift, 5 days working

Experience Required: 6 to 8Years

Salary- Upto 22 LPA

Joining within 15 days

Primary Skills- Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.xDevelopment and integration.

Summary

The purpose of this role is to develop Pega decisioning constructs in order to implement new marketing campaigns, real time decisioning modules and provide post implementation support

Key Competencies and requirements:

6+ years in Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.xDevelopment and integration.

Must have certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect

Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years

Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL

Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.

Ability to implement the rules and build low level design. Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.

Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns

Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes

Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues

Key responsibilities

Development of new/ existing strategies; upgrades and technical improvements

L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs

Prepare packages and installations

Find technical improvements and apply best practices

Improve the technical performance of the application

Align internally on solutions to be applied

Make sure that all DB queries are optimized

Make strategies and campaigns very configurable, as the changes after production installation are frequent and they are performed by a configurators team (not developers)

Estimate the needed effort for stories and tasks and raise concerns when needed, join all the ceremonies and the meetings set in the team
