About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist who can translate complex B2B SaaS financial concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to distill intricate information into engaging and easy-to-understand motion graphics. You'll work closely with our product teams to develop animations that bring our software's value proposition to life, making it accessible to technical and business audiences alike.

You'll create high-quality motion assets for product explainer videos, web animations, in-product micro-interactions, sales materials, and social content. These visuals should not only be informative but also showcase the precision, security, and reliability that our financial software embodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create polished 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate financial product workflows.
  • Develop storyboards that effectively communicate Deepvue's product value proposition and brand personality.
  • Presentation and justification of your visual approaches to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Produce short product demos (15-90s) that highlight feature functionality in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Develop animations that enhance user understanding of data visualization and complex financial processes.
  • Design consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience.
  • Create micro-interactions that improve usability and provide visual feedback in the interface.
  • Collaborate with product designers to ensure animations support rather than distract from core functionality.
  • Ensure all animations adhere to Deepvue's brand guidelines while evolving our motion language.
  • Deliver properly sized and optimized files for various platforms (web, mobile, social, event displays).
  • Maintain an accessible library of motion assets, source files, and templates.
  • Analyze asset performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and track versions using project management tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics creation.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate.
