About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading financial services organization, Ameriprise Financial, and contribute to the growth and success of our India operations. As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing employment law advice to our India-based teams, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
  • Developing and implementing compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to company policies;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including HR and business leaders, to drive compliance initiatives and resolve complex issues;
  • Maintaining relationships with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A LLB or LLM degree from a reputable institution;
  • At least 15 years of experience in providing employment law advice, preferably in a multinational corporation environment;
