Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

Next Mantra Solution is seeking a highly skilled and passionate developer to lead the front-end of our product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Ensure seamless integration with APIs for an exceptional user experience.
  • Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve front-end architecture to meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members in an Agile environment to drive project success.
  • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and implement automation testing where needed to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor front-end performance and suggest improvements to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and best practices to maintain expertise and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, with a strong understanding of CSS/SCSS, HTML, state management (Redux or similar), and UI libraries (Material UI, etc.).
  • Experience working with Figma to match designs and bring them to life.
  • Proficient with Git/Github and version control tools to manage code and collaborate with the team.
  • Hands-on debugging skills and problem-solving aptitude to tackle complex issues.
  • Knowledge of unit testing (Jest) and component development tools like Storybook to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
  • B.Tech or equivalent degree, with 4+ years of frontend development experience.
