Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will possess expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces for web applications. The selected individual will collaborate closely with our design team to create an intuitive experience for users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for the SPAIDER SPACE platform using React.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  2. Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js) and potentially Python (FastAPI).
  3. Develop, test, and seamlessly integrate APIs to connect the frontend application with our core AI models and data services.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack, adhering to modern web development best practices.
  5. Collaborate on database design and management using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
  6. Utilize Git for version control in a collaborative environment and work with cloud platforms deployment like AWS, GCP, Azure.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of web development techniques and technologies, focusing on best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with experience working in team-oriented environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: A proven background in Front-End Development, Responsive Web Design, Back-End Web Development, and Software Development, with hands-on experience building and deploying web applications.
  • Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces and modern web development techniques.
  • Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of back-end development principles. Proficiency in Python is a must, with experience in relevant frameworks or technologies.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • API Development: Proven experience in developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git and deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Azure or similar cloud platforms. Minimum basic proficiency in shell.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Podman.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
  • Previous work in a deep-tech, scientific, or data-intensive application environment.
