Job Description

The L3 Network Engineer is responsible for delivering high availability and security of network services. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting F5 BIG-IP devices.

  • Performing L2-level support for production incidents.
  • Implementing and validating F5 configurations.

Qualifications and Skills

We seek candidates with a strong foundation in computer science or information technology. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Good experience in managing F5 Load Balancers (BIG-IP LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM).
  • Strong knowledge of F5 iRules, SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, DNS, and TCP/IP.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting F5 devices using logs, packet captures, and dashboards.

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Ansible).
  • Exposure to cloud-based load balancing solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
