Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Identification and Assessment:
    • Identify potential operational risks and evaluate their impact.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Implement risk controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • C coordinate with teams to address risk issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics.
    • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
  • Third Party Risk Management:
    • Manage third-party interactions and identify associated risks.
    • Gather information security controls evidence from third parties.
  • Policy Development:
    • Assist in developing and updating operational risk policies and procedures.
    • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • System Testing:
    • Conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation.
    • Maintain and oversee business continuity management program.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and submit required reports.

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a risk management role and possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
