Software Engineering Lead

This is a high-level position responsible for designing and developing large-scale software applications.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in software architecture, application development, cloud technologies, and experience with AI/ML and Data Science.

  • Define the technology architecture for enterprise applications
  • Lead design and development of large-scale software solutions
  • Create detailed technical documentation
  • Establish coding best practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project updates effectively
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java/.Net/Python/NodeJS, Angular/React/ASP.Net, RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server/Postgre), and NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Strong experience in Open Source Technologies, DevOps, and Cloud PaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering (Apache Spark, Kafka, AWS Glue, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision tools: GPT, BERT, LLaMA, DALL·E, YOLO
  • Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, GitLab CI/CD
