Highly Experienced Security Operations Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead our 24/7 security monitoring, detection, and response operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and strategy of our SOC, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, and incident response, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure seamless integration with existing security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the SOC Team: Oversee the daily operations of the SOC, including security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Develop and Optimize Security Processes: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine security processes, playbooks, and runbooks for effective incident handling.
- Implement and Manage SIEM Solutions: Design, implement, and manage Next-Gen SIEM solutions to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
- Threat Detection and Incident Response: Lead security investigations, threat hunting, and forensics analysis to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with Threat Intelligence Teams: Work with threat intelligence teams to enrich SIEM detections with contextual threat data.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: 12-15 years of experience in SOC operations, SIEM, and cybersecurity incident response.
- Hands-on Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Next-Gen SIEM platforms, SOAR, EDR, XDR, Cloud Security, and threat intelligence tools.
- Leadership and Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of security analysts.
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent certifications in security and incident response.
