Job Summary:

The Nutrition and Wellness Consultant will conduct comprehensive assessments of employees and patients to identify areas for improvement in their diet and provide personalized recommendations for healthy eating practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of employees and patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  2. Design customized meal plans for employees with lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions to help them manage their condition.
  3. Provide dietary guidance for individuals exposed to occupational risks, high-temperature environments, and physically demanding tasks to prevent work-related illnesses.
  4. Develop and implement nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels.
  5. Counsel employees on healthy eating practices and provide education on balanced diet, hydration, and stress-related eating.
  6. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists to ensure holistic patient care.
  7. Maintain records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent.
  • Registered Dietician certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
  • Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
