Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene while performing a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Client Consultation
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for services that cater to their unique requirements.
  • Treatment Area Maintenance
  • E nsure the treatment area remains clean, organized, and inviting, creating a serene ambiance for each guest.
  • Industry Stays Current
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance guest experiences.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong rapport with guests and addressing any concerns or feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
