Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow our PLM IT Services Practice. This role requires deep domain expertise, people management skills, customer relationship building, and strong business acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership

    • Develop the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company objectives.

    • Bau,

    • Manage technical and delivery excellence within the practice.

    • Enhance the PLM practice by improving offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.

    • Oversee the practice (multiple projects) with minimal dependency on top management.

  • Business Growth & Customer Success

    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

    • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.

    • Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts.

    • Maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers.

    • Understand financial metrics and drive profitability and growth targets.

  • Delivery Oversight

    • E nsure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice.

    • Implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations.

    • Define and monitor delivery KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance.

    • Manage services project delivery with a strong focus on customer management and satisfaction.

  • Capability Building

    • Identify future skill requirements and proactively build internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring.

    • Collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent.

    • Build a scalable organization supported by strong internal processes and IT systems.

    • Manage the talent pyramid effectively — including skills alignment, attrition control, and resource utilization.

  • Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership

    • Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions.

    • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

    • Stay ahead of emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies.
