Job Title: Unified Communication & Collaboration Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions, as well as a strong understanding of VOIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • They should also have knowledge of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 business support environment and have experience with Performance Management Tools and other related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP and awareness of ITIL process.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice network deployment models and understanding of voice network devices.
  • Integration experience with Performance Management Tools and other Tools.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of VOIP protocols.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • Understanding of voice network devices.
  • Awareness of ITIL process.
  • Experience on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
