As a Compliance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our organization operates within the bounds of regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of internal control and validating testing skills, as well as excellent risk assessment abilities.

You will design and execute comprehensive testing programs to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations. This will involve collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Directors and VPs, to drive alignment and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance, preferably within the Big Four or a bank/financial institution. Strong academic qualifications and certifications in audit or compliance are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing programs to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution
  • Develop remediation plans to address findings
  • Detect and identify emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation that may impact the Compliance Monitoring Plan
