At Yosemite Crew, we're on a mission to build an innovative Practice Management System that brings transparency, usability, and trust back into the tools vets rely on daily.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Outreach
    • Develop cold outreach strategies using emails, LinkedIn, and calls to engage with clinics, partners, and sponsors.
    • Manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals and support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.
    • Design and produce compelling sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Social Media and Content
    • Produce engaging TikTok + Instagram videos showcasing the company's vision and values.
    • Oversee Yosemite Crew's online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, and GitHub.
    • Craft storytelling that highlights the intersection of AI, open-source, and vet med.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy (organic + paid) to drive adoption.
    • Launch targeted newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
    • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize performance.
    • Drive product launches and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community roles (excluding internships).
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content (TikTok/Instagram preferred).
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
