Electrical Engineer

The role of an Electrical Engineer involves contributing to the development and implementation of electrical systems in various settings. This encompasses designing, evaluating, and optimizing electrical infrastructure to ensure efficient operation and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate customer requirements and develop technical responses to requests for quotations (RFQs).
  • Prepare and review technical documents for project bidding processes, including system architectures, bills of materials, designs, calculations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct site visits to collect information on utility/facility constraints related to projects.
  • Participate in commercial and technical meetings with clients to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Monitor project progress and generate reports on the status of each project.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in electrical design and control principles, including experience with DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of load calculation, bus bar selection, and AutoCAD software.
  • Preparation of general arrangement (GA) drawings using Excel.

Qualifications:

  • BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
