Job Description:

Spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and optimize outcomes through the expansion of service offerings. This role involves leadership, development, and management of a division.

  • Develop new products within the Transaction Tax division.
  • Align objectives with senior management and deliver exceptional services.
  • Manage client deliverables including M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory, Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation, Advising on Corporate Tax Planning, Strategic Issues, and Complex Tax Matters.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team; qualified professionals with experience in M&A Tax/ Direct tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services at consulting firms, law firms, or large corporations.
  • Network and develop business skills, leveraging social media platforms to represent the firm and promote thought leadership in M&A Tax/Transaction Tax.
  • Exercise sound commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA/ LLB with experience in rendering M&A Tax/ Direct tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services.
  • Strong Networking & Business Development skills.
