Key Responsibilities
  • Site Master Plan Implementation:
  • Develop and execute plans to improve site efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and priorities.
  • Maintain alignment between all site departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead change management processes to drive cultural shifts within the organization.
  • Set objectives and priorities for departmental teams.
  • Ensure effective implementation of organizational programs and initiatives.
  • People Management:
  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop team capabilities.
  • Implement effective training and development programs for site personnel.
  • C coordinate evaluation and feedback mechanisms to maintain consistency and alignment.
  • Focused Improvement:
  • Provide expert leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • P partake in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Team Meetings & Communications:
  • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum across the site.
  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of initiatives through meetings and communications.
  • Define and establish the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead initiative deployments.
