About the Role

As a key member of our integration team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing API integrations and driving continuous optimization with both clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimization efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and self-motivated.
