Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead Agile Release Train ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Increment Planning: Ensure seamless delivery by leading and facilitating Program Increment planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features that meet business objectives.
  • Cross-Team Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Agile Maturity Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks like SAFe.
  • Transparency and Communication: Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
