Job Title: Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion;
  2. Supporting quality assurance goals for projects, participating in release management cycles, analyzing trends, identifying risks, and managing them;
  3. Coaching project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes, identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities, and participating in continuous process improvement;
  4. Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget;
  5. Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques;
  6. Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  7. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  8. Performing risk management to minimize project risks;
  9. Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis;
  10. Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects;
  11. Improving processes by adopting Agile frameworks in project delivery;
  12. Collaborating closely with the Engineering team from a feature/product development standpoint.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal);
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycle, and software quality assurance methodologies;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems;
  • Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement;
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or proven working experience in project management;
  • 15 years of experience.
