Role Description

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms on Azure, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in security, governance, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, production-ready data engineering solutions.

  • 5-10 years of experience in data engineering
  • Azure ecosystem expertise: SQL Server/DB, Blob Storage, ADF, Functions, ETL vs ELT, Monitoring, Key Vault
  • Azure resource management: RBAC, configuration, security, governance via Azure Portal
  • Data warehousing & DB management: Data quality, integration, modeling
  • End-to-end data engineering project management & orchestration
  • Deployment: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, repositories, API
  • Programming: SQL, Python, PySpark
