ERP Transformation Specialist

As an ERP transformation specialist, you will lead and manage all aspects of large-scale ERP implementation projects. Your expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation will be crucial in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of the ERP system.

  • Lead Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage Program Budget: Oversee program budget, resources, and risks across multiple projects, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and system administrators, providing guidance and coaching to ensure team success.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of the core ERP system with multiple downstream applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience leading and managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
  • Skills: Proven experience with a leading ERP system, strong understanding of system integration principles and practices, excellent project management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements:
