We are seeking an experienced frontend developer with expertise in Angular to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications.

  • Developing and maintaining the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem. This includes building interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and other UI components.
  • Integrating these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
  • Connecting the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients. Our APIs are well-documented with OpenAPI specification.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. A good understanding of REST APIs, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is required. The ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications.
  • Develop and maintain the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem.
  • Integrate frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
  • Connect the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications.
  • Familiarity with GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
  • Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
  • Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch).
  • Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
